Getting my tonsils out - can i smoke?

I wouldnt recommend smoking at all during the process. (healing time included). I personally would quit a good week earlier the operation just thats just because im e'er iffy of those anastesia meds and crap. People can have allergic reactions to those that can be pretty insane and thats always sort of freaked me out.
As for afterward the functioning? Id say in one case you become the ok to eat solids (like fries) again and then youre probably ok to start toking. I remember when i got mine out and for a good five days or then after the operation i wasnt in any hurry to irritate my pharynx with smoke of any kind. The scabs werent fun to deal with. Who knows though the whole operation and healing process may accept improved since i got mine out.

just accept a niggling hit with a friend and see if yous like it, if it hurts dont do it over again, experiment niggie,simply if you quit, give yourself like 2 days before you get them out and and then when you get them out make sure y'all get some hurting killers, similar some hydrocodones or some lorcets. and merely take those and endeavor to make em last i know they are amazing imo merely im a addict to pain killers and so yeah just survive off those pain killers untill they get better

I wouldnt recomend smoking until at that place healed man, Im in the stages of healing, I got my tonsils out 6 days ago and notwithstanding hurts similar a bitch,<b>
I was reading and I gauge smoking can cause the wounds to first to bleed again and you would have to go back to the hospital which would suck
conclusion- I wouldnt fume until your scabs have fell off and try making some firecrackers because thats I did and was a very happy human being

I was thinking, i could eat the weed afterward - bake some brownies, squeamish and soft to eat. It will ease the hurting and give me something to do since i am stuck at dwelling house for a few days following.
Will the thc in my system have whatever effect on the anesthesia? Ive been smoking every solar day for almost a twelvemonth, quitting 2 weeks prior should be enough?

yeah, it should be. The thc wil not accept any effect on the anastesia. It's jsut another drug in your organization, withal, different marijuana, information technology doesn't stay in your organization for very long. The only affair you take to worry most is the smoke irritating your pharynx. I would do the aforementioned, according to the post above, as to not fume until the scabs fell off, or when they start to itch. Itching means healing.

My performance is june 16th i believe.
I think sick quit similar 1-2 weeks before. Bake some brownies mean solar day before... and ill exist set.

hey i just got my tonsils out 3 nights ago start night i was perfect the pain was a consummate two out of 10 2nd night was getting better and then stupidly i smoked weed =___= had bout viii cones and at present it hurts like HELL! is my tonsils infected? i'grand currently sucking on ice, eating soup (every bit thats the simply thing that goes down) just the pain gets harsher and harsher is this normal?

Days three-5 are going to be the worst I believe. If you lot are really paranoid most an infection, just go back and have your dr. cheque it out. You just got a function of your body removed... information technology is going to hurt quite a fleck.

If you lot smoke cigarettes, you can enquire when you'd exist able to do that once again. Otherwise just make edibles/tea.

I personally but got my tonsils out, and smoked the day correct earlier the surgery, and I am now on mean solar day 5 of my recover, i must say the offset ii days werent bad, and now it sucks, im going to refrain from smoking, but two of my friends of electronic vaporizers? not sure if they are a good idea or not, but i suppose nosotros'll observe out!
